I am the owner of Villa Peparethos! My name is Athena Perissi and I am here to help you with everything you might need during your stay at Villa Peparethos. I would like to make your holidays comfortable and relaxing.
I have studied Marketing and Communication. I am also the owner of Peparethos Store, a beautiful Summer Boutique in Skopelos Town (for your summer shopping ) and The Little Coffee Shop for your daily coffee stop in Skopelos Town.

My parents inspired the project of Villa Peparethos! They are my second hand and I always ask their opinion. You will meet them because they are taking care of the plants and the pool. My mother would like to cook one day for you a delicious Greek Food.
Villa Peparethos was the house of one of the most lovely families in Skopelos Island!
It is the Perissi Family with Parents Spiros & Zoe and Kids Costas & Athena.
When the kids left the island for studies in Athens City, the parents decided to move to a smaller house.
And this is how Villa Peparetho's started in 2013!
Villa Peparethos has become one of the most wanted Villas in Skopelos.
Businessmen, CEOs, Chefs, Writers from Europe and USA have chosen our Villa for their Summer Holidays, with their families and friends.

Zoe's Kitchen: This Summer Zoe will prepare your Greek Lunch. You can choose one day that you like, in order to taste delicious greek mama's food!
The ground floor of the Villa has a large, fully equipped kitchen, a big living room, all in an open floor plan, and a W/C with shower.
A staircase leads to the top floor, which has 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom. The two bedrooms have access to their own paved balcony with wonderful view and they have double bed. The third bedroom has windows and 2 single beds that can be easily converted into a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a washing machine.
GROUND FLOOR: KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM, WC, WORKING DESK
TOP FLOOR: 3 BEDROOMS (FOR 2 GUESTS EACH), MAIN BATHROOM
OUTSIDE: SWIMMING POOL, BBQ, PARKING, 2 DINING AREAS, RELAXING SPACE
Villa Peparethos is located on a hillside in Stafilos area. It is close to Skopelos Town (3,5 km), Stafilos Beach (1 km), Supermarket and Petrol Station (1,5 km).
The spacious Villa secures a quiet and calm environment for a fantastic holiday. Because of its elevated position the view from the terraces is magnificent.
A lovely location away from town hussle and bussle. We’re a family of 6 (not quite teenagers) and the Athena’s accommodation and hospitality could not have been more perfect. We rented a car and enjoyed adventuring the island. A great place where we would come back to again and again.

The house of Athena is, simply, the best place to breathe the beauty and the power of Skopelos, the blue and green island. All is perfect and the kindness of Spyros, Athena and Zoe is a magic present.

Athena has always been very responsive before, during and after the vacation. Her lovely parents picked us up at the ferry and helped with every question we had. The villa is nothing short of gorgeous - set on the edge of a beautiful quiet valley, still only a few minutes to the beach. It is spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The villa and the pool area is not easy to leave, it is just too nice. We also used the BBQ instead going to restarurant. I could go on and on. But in a nutshell: Excellent villa, beautiful island, very nice hosts. Worth every cent. Highly recommended.
